Excellent Servant Camp (ESC)-MBS 7-9 Feb 2009

I would like to share my last year experienced ,when i was a committee for T&D Dept SIB KL Lake City to organised an Excellent Servant Camp MBS Rawang ( 7-9 Feb 2009)..In fact, this is my 1st time being the organizer along with few friends (Lindana,Matilda, Felnah,Emelda,Hericton, & our big boss that time Mr John Jonathan..)

BASICALLY WHAT ESC IS ALL ABOUT??

Camp(leaders - Minister) in the form of experiential learning to instill values - noble values of servitude of Christ with the motto "Excellent Servant History Maker." Participants are selected and invited by the leaders is not an open invitation. ESC participants will be the team winner SPK .

- ESC mandatory for all leaders -church minister
- Pre-ESC - ESC consists of seven sessions mean 2 days 1 night

ESC is required before starting the mentoring  process  to further an  agreement with the values - noble values among all leaders - to recover files yourself minister  and learn to have an integrity and a moral conscience, through the simulation assignment. Participants know and understand the history and values of the Church, learning to surrender the rights and responsibility, humility and obedience to Authority, and ready to serve according to his calling

Servant Leadership is exercising real, godly leadership, as Christ did when He used a towel, and influencing, equipping, and empowering people to accomplish God's purpose and plan. It is serving others unselfishly while influencing and empowering them to grow in a Christ-directed, purposeful direction. This was an uncommon trait in Jesus’ time, just as it is in ours; do not let it be uncommon for you! Being a leader in the church, or in the home for a husband, is never a force of personality; it is earning that respect because you love and care ( Matthew 25:21)

Personally ,I feel ESC is very good discipleship Camp indeed BUT..it up to YOU whether to apply it or not..
