Malacca City is known as The Historical State(Negeri Bersejarah) amongst Malaysian.and started July 2008 it was 2 years ago its changed to The World Heritage City..so not only Malaysia recognised it but UNESCO was listed it as World Heritage Sites.Back in year 2003 when i first visited this city..& during my visit last July 2010..it has changed tremendously..after the recognition and it has new tourist attraction such as River Cruise,The Malacca Fort(newly discovered ..the other part of the fort).,Menara Taming Sari and Eye on Malacca(previously used at Taman Tasik Titiwangsa & known as Eye on Malaysia)..besides the new Shopping Mall ..the Dataran Pahlawan..if compared to year 2003 only the Mahkota Parade is the center of attraction for Shopping centre in Malacca.
