Taman Ular dan Reptilia Sungai Batu Pahat ,Perlis(Snake & Reptile Farm )

 Visiting Snake & Reptile Farm in Perlis was a good experience when we can learn a new things about "dangerous reptile"since the world begins.In fact ,this is my first time experience to see so many snakes in one time about 200 snakes & 23 different species.

The snake farm at Glance.

"The Snake & Reptile Farm in Sungai Batu Pahat, Perlis, is one of the few tourist attractions in Pelis It is located 12km north of Kangar. The farm holds about 200 snakes from 23 different species. The farm also houses crocodiles, lizards( like iguanas) , other reptiles & Monkeys. Some of the reptiles are kept in open-air enclosures while others are behind glass.

In fact this farm is the first of its kind in Malaysia and run by the Institute of Medical Research. Many of the snakes are venomous, as the purpose of the farm is in support of antivenom serum R&D"

Open Hours & The Fee.
The Snake & Reptile Farm perlis is open from 9:00am to 5:00pm Saturdays through Thursdays, while on Friday between 9:00am to 6:00pm with a break from 12:15pm to 2:45pm. Entrance fee is RM3.00.
