Borneo Dayak Iban's Yellow Eggplant @TERONG IBAN..for CHRISTMAS CAROLS 2011....

Living in Peninsular Malaysia......very hard to find..TERUNG IBAN..so when you have an opportunity to taste this YELLOW EGGPLANT(TERUNG IBAN)..that experience just like you are visiting..FINE DINING RESTAURANT.....So last Christmas Carols..was my time to taste the SARAWAK VERY OWN..Dishes..Flavoring with Imported Eggplant(From Borneo).

The  "IKAN PATIN" dish flavoring with TERUNG IBAN (BORNEO DAYAK's  YELLOW EGGPLANT) ...prepared by Sis Medy (my Iban neighbour)...& served during LAST CAROLLING..(13 Dec 2012) at PETALING JAYA......this YELLOW EGGPLANT was brought over all the way from MIRI SARAWAK BORNEO..to PENISULAR MALAYSIA......Last time i had served by Myself (LINK TO KNOW MORE about this YELLOW EGGPLANT)..

This Receipe is( TERUNG IBAN'S SOUP +(mix with IKAN PATIN & EGG))......i dunno how to called it exactly.....as long the taste is "NYAMAI/Tasty".....(it SOUR & Creamy & Sticky 's SOUP..)
