Trip to Ulu Katibas ,Song Sarawak (Central of Borneo)

 Trip to Ulu Katibas ,Song Sarawak (Jan 2016) located at Central of Borneo.Borneo Rain forest remains as an oldest & exotic ecosystem in the world. Beside that ,Katibas River is a habitat for most exotic fish in wild of Borneo known as EMPURAU .For time being ,this jungle remains underpopulation & Iban longhouses scattering along the way .It was a sunny day when we leaving Nanga Katibas and our  "Ulu Katibas" adventure has just begun .
10.00 am our outboard engine smoothly & roughly passing by  longhouses  along Katibas River before  we reached Nanga Ngeranau(the furthest longhouse in Song) around 6:30pm ( normally if you are with more experience driver your journey maybe shorter around 5 hours depend on water level ,weight of your boat  ,skills of your driver and your outboard horsepower. It seems though right ?like we are still living during 80s era.

To be honest ,my trip is a "Nemuai"  since i am now actively canvassing for N.62 Katibas Constituency so this part of my routine every now and then.In fact,political scenario here is totally different if compared with urban area. 
" Rural area of East Malaysia is a BN's Fixed Deposit  for past 30 years ??? 
That is the truth & you have to swallowing it now.After more than decade leaving Katibas and come back past 6 months .Politically aware is a must & now is a time for CHANGE!!
